How it works

1

Choose and fill in

Open a document, pick your state, and fill in the details. A live preview updates as you type.

2

Print or download

Print or save as a PDF, or download a Word file to edit. Add photos and an item list where it helps.

3

Sign and keep records

Follow the short checklist on each page: stamp paper, initials, signatures, witnesses and what to do after.

Your privacy

The documents are built inside your own browser. We do not receive the names, addresses, amounts or photos you enter, and the tool never asks for Aadhaar, PAN or bank details. Those print as blank lines for you to write by hand.

Questions

Are these documents free?

Yes. They are free to create and print, with no sign-up and no payment.

Is my information saved?

No. Everything you type, and any photos you add, stay in your browser. We only count, anonymously, how many times each document type is created.

Which states are covered?

Punjab, Chandigarh and Haryana. Pick your state on each document page. Where a clause differs by state, such as police verification, the document uses that state's wording.

Can I use them as they are, without a lawyer?

They are general draft templates prepared from public government sources and common practice, not legal advice. For high-value or unusual cases, please have an advocate check the final document.

Do I need stamp paper?

Agreements such as a rent agreement or an agreement to sell normally need stamp duty, usually paid as an e-stamp. Each document page explains how to attach it.

What if I am not sure which document I need?

Use the guide on this page. Answer two or three questions and it shows the documents that fit, in the order you will need them.
